Column

Integrity Management Programs & Data Management

DSR Integrity can provide a company specific designed IMS manual for the client for ABSA Registration as an Owner/User, providing the client with more ownership responsibility & flexibility for their pressure equipment inventory.

Data management is an essential element of the IMS and we can assist the client with selecting or internally developing their own Data management system.

NDE

DSR Integrity can provide the applicable Non-Destructive Examinations require to complete the clients work scopes. Typical NDE provided is Ultrasonic Corrosion Surveys, Magnetic Particle Examinations. All other NDE methods are available as requested. Technicians supplied will be CGSB Level 1 as a minimum.

Pressure Equipment Repair Development & Implementation

Pressure equipment may require a repair to continue to be fit for service. We can assist the client with the development of the specific repair procedure and the management of the repair until certified by the required Jurisdictions.

Turnaround Planning & Support

Planning the inspection scopes for your facility can be a daunting task, DSR Integrity can assist with this process and also the development of the inspection scopes and coordination of the Inspections, NDE and repairs when required to meet the clients expectations and the minimum Regulatory requirements to ensure the pressure equipment is fit for service.

Pressure Equipment / Piping / Tank Inspection & Assessment

Pressure Equipment, Tank and Piping all require Visual Inspection at scheduled Regulatory Intervals or if there is a process safety incident in which the equipment is considered not fit for service. DSR Integrity has the competent and Certified Inspectors to complete the required inspection to ensure the client remains compliant with the local Regulatory requirements

Chief Inspector Services

We can supply our clients, who do not have an in-house Chief Inspector for their Integrity Management Program with a Contract Chief Inspector that can manage the IMS programs, liaison with the Regulatory body and be a Technical resource for the client on all integrity, Regulatory or NDE requirements.

Vendor Auditing

Vendor audits can be completed for the various service providers that you may utilize for your pressure equipment, piping, PSV or welding projects to ensure the vender meets your expectations and the minimum requirements of the Regulatory body (ABSA, BCSA, TSASK). Vendor audits are a requirement for your IMS program as required by your Regulatory Jurisdiction.

Fabrication Shop Surveillance

Shop inspections on new fabrication is an IMS requirement and also is your opportunity to ensure that the vender is following the client approved drawings, specifications & Codes of construction for the applicable equipment your project requires.
